WE DO. In fact, we know thousands of them. They are people who believe one person can make a difference.
Now you can meet some of the heroes we know at this Web site and find out ways you can help them, such as volunteering for their organizations or making donations. You can also read the amazing stories of hundreds of other heroes we know, and even nominate your own special hero for international recognition and awards.

28-year-old Hope Bevilhymer runs, plays hockey and shoots hoops - all despite the fact that her left leg was amputated when she was 25. But Hope is more than just physically active - she is also active in the world community of amputees. Through her organization, Limbs of Hope, she provides prosthetic limbs to people in need all over the world. But this group is just the beginning for Hope, who has many other plans to help amputees around the world - one limb at a time.
